Interfaith Perspectives
An interfaith perspective invites us to honor all beliefs and ideas. It does not mean that we must agree or choose to live by those beliefs and ideas, only that we accept them as perspectives of God, Goddess, Creator or Infinite Love. Each person sees, hears and feels God in a different way. It is this Divine Perspective that allows God to live within each of us. By understanding someone else's viewpoint, we can appreciate that perspective of our Creator.
To assist you with your journey, here are some perspectives we invite you to consider. If any or all of them feel true to you, please adjust your mental/spiritual thinking to accommodate these ideas into your everyday life. These ideas are not new. As stated in Ecclesiastes 1:9 - "...there is nothing new under the sun." The following spiritual principles create galaxies, rose petals and smiles:
God is in everyone, everything & everywhere.
God is 100% available to everyone, 100% of the time.
There is One God, yet many paths to the mountaintop.
Everything is alive, aware & responsive.
Everything is a dream...everything is dreaming.
We can change the dream.
We are responsible for creating our reality.
We are responsible for creating our Self in this reality.
Serve in some capacity, & your purpose will find you.
Be a steward of this planet, Mother Earth.
"The Spirit That Flows Through All Things" is available to everyone and everything 100% of the time. The sun shines on everybody without question, just as God loves everyone without question. All of us have equal access to God at any time.
The responsibility for living life rests with each individual. We are responsible for creating our own reality. And we are responsible for creating our own self in this reality. We have total freedom to express God anyway we choose. There is only one Source of Infinite Love and Power. We know this Source by many names; however, the One name on which we can all agree is LOVE.
Who failed to tell you that you were Divine? Did your parents, teachers, church or other authority figures stress upon you the divine nature of your being? If you were not taught about your divinity, trust your heart to believe that you are DIVINE. The header at the top of the page says it all...God is in everyone, everything & everywhere. Every atom in this Universe has God in it. There is no place where God does not exist.
Our Divine nature is peace, love & harmony. If we can find this place within us throughout our busy lives, we have recognized who we truly are. It is in this space that we find our purpose for life...being in harmony with God. The easiest way to express this harmony is to SERVE. If you will serve in some way, the opportunities to show your Divinity & live your purpose will present themselves. Take action NOW! Choose to do what you love to do. Choose to do what you are good at doing. Most of all, choose!
Seven Aspects of Reality
1. The world is what you think it is: Evaluate your labels, thoughts, beliefs. Do they serve you now? If not, change your mind.
2. There are no limits: Your only limit is your imagination. Dream big. Dream happy. Dream successful.
3. Energy flows where focus goes: Are you thinking about what you want or don't want? Change your patterns of thought.
4. Now is the moment of power: Stop living in the past or dreaming of the future. Live life now. Enjoy this moment.
5. Love is to be happy with someone/something: Fill your life with joy, laughter & love. Love what you do & who you are.
6. All power is within you: You have all the power to do or be anything you wish. You are Divine, so start acting like it.
7. Your effectiveness will be your truth: True power is to be effective. Do what works for you. Find your truth, & live it.
When peace and love are present...Enhance it.
When peace and love are absent...Create it.
Choose to be the real, Divine You!...Fill your life with Magic!
Best of luck on your journey. Be genuine. Be respectful. Honor all life. Wherever you go, God is there!
Here are some spiritual perspectives; you may find a familiar chord within your own beliefs...
Buddhism:
Having this perspective of spirituality brings logic,
calm & peace to the Spirit. We find the true nature of our being as we
contemplate the Oneness of the Universe & strive to embrace the eternal
cycle of life. In allowing our peaceful natures to evolve, we search for the
presence of Buddhahood, recognizing the enlightenment within all beings.
We can recognize the difficulties in life &
remember that all things are impermanent. Life is ever-changing. We can
flow with that concept, striving to enlighten ourselves as we live life
everyday. Living in the "Now" is how we honor each moment of life--appreciating the magnificence in everything. Buddhism
teaches us to have a loving understanding for all people, all things, all the
time.....COMPASSION |

Goddess/Divine
Feminine: The Divine Feminine calls out to all of us, for we are all born of
woman. This perspective speaks to the feminine spark within. The
care-taking, nurturing & healing aspects of our Spirit beckon to
serve & nourish each & every soul upon the Earth plane. We have only to
recognize that each of us possesses this aspect of Mother Goddess. These teachings
have survived for centuries as the Goddess Energy gains momentum among a new
generation of strong feminine power. It is our duty to empower our daughters
with this aspect of the Great Creator, creating a new era of respect, love and
partnership with our Divine Feminine Selves. Allow your Goddess self to be
expressed in everything you do with beauty, strength, wisdom & courage.
Thank the Goddess each day for She has created a beautiful world.....EMPOWERMENT |

Native American: The Native American or American Indian chooses to relate to Mother Earth as a living, breathing spirit that guides, teaches, & provides for us. This perspective has been in practice over 10 millennia, teaching us the wisdom of honor, respect & thankfulness as we live within the embrace of Mother Earth. The teachings of various cultures have one major theme: Connection. We are all part of a greater good. Through harmony and balance, we can respect the Earth & all of her inhabitants. As we walk this Circle of Life, we find ourselves in different stages, often associated with the 7 directions -- East, South, West, North, Above, Below & Center. Yet we are still one.....CONNECTION |
Taoism: The essence of Oneness. This teaching gives us the concept of duality, or opposites, creating a whole. It is in the formation of this whole that we have "Harmony." Everything has an opposite component which gives it perspective -- Right/Wrong, Good/Bad, Male/Female, etc. The Yin/Yang symbol represents this wholeness, as does the dragon & tiger, often depicted as the primordial nature of heaven & earth. Taoism also teaches us to follow the natural rhythms of nature & to live life simply in the "Now." As we live each moment fully aware, we can be a vital part of the whole.....HARMONY |
